What we look at

There is no automatic score. Your case officer looks at:

  • Your income and how regular it is.
  • Your fixed outgoings: housing, existing loans, maintenance payments.
  • What you have left to live on once the repayment is made.
  • Whether the amount, term and project fit together.
  • The accuracy of the information and documents provided.
