Assessment of financing and account opening applications, identity verification, application follow-up, replying to your messages and compliance with our legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request, on our legal obligations and, where applicable, on your consent.
5. Retention period
Applications that do not lead to a contract are kept for 3 months from the last decision and then deleted. Data relating to a contract is kept for the period required by law.
6. Recipients
Your data is accessible only to authorised staff and, where necessary, to partner institutions involved in your application. It is never sold.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure where permitted by law, restriction, objection and data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
